To the Blair family,
After hearing of this today, I wish to offer a note of sympathy to all the family. I remember Doug from the time I entered the Chaplaincy in 1979 to when he retired in 1987. We did not serve on the same base in those years, but I saw him at several Retreats at RMC, and found him to be open and personable, a smile frequently visible from him.
