Peacefully with family by his side at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday February 13, 2017 in his 74th year. Beloved husband and best friend of Susanne (nee Latta). Loving father of Heidi Barrio (Dave) of Kingston, Heather Barrio (Sean) of Mattawa and John Barrio (Anne) of Hill Island. Proud grandfather of Jhaina, Wesley, Emily, Alexandra and great-grandfather of Mason. Dear brother of Norman, Dale, Gordon, Clarence, William, Allen, Marjorie and Margo. Joe is also survived by his mother-in-law Charlotte Latta, a sister-in-law Brenda Latta as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Joe is predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Frances Barriault, a brother Willard and a sister Cindy.
