Dear sister of Cathy Oakley (Paul Rakowski) of Howe Island. Proud Aunt of Erin Melbourne (Jay) of Kingston and Matt Rakowski (Jodi) of Kanata. Great Aunt of Quinton, Ryder and Rylee. Evelyn is also survived by a very special friend Ivan Cotê. Pre-deceased by her parents William and Heather (Clark) Oakley.
