Lothar Manfred Altenpohl entered into rest with his children by his side on Friday April 29, 2005 in the Brockville General Hospital at 71 years of age. Lothar was born on December 11, 1933 in Berlin Germany to Hans and Dora Altenpohl. Lothar is survived by his three children Angela Davy (John) of Stirling, Peter Altenpohl (Teresa) and Brian Altenpohl (Bonni) all of Brockville. Loving grandfather of Samantha, Christopher and Allison Davy, Sierra Altenpohl, Kori and Raiden Altenpohl. Lothar is also survived by his long-time dear friend Yvonne Khan of Brockville and his brother Horst Pavel (Barbara), nephews and nieces and cousins in Germany. Predeceased by his parents, brother Olaf Altenpohl and an infant sister Angela (Germany). Bt request there will be no visitation. Lothar is resting at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville. Cremation is Tuesday May 3, 2005 at the Cataraqui Cemetery Crematorium. In memoriams to the Hospice of Providence Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
