Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site with family by her side, on Monday May 5, 2014, Anna Jessie Marie (Barton) Armstrong of North Augusta age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Francis (Curly) Armstrong, dear mother of Lee Armstrong (Val) and Dale Armstrong (Anita) all of North Augusta Cherished grandmother of Leanne Armstrong, David Armstrong (Lindsay), Jennifer Armstrong, Shania Armstrong and loving great grandmother of Cole and Jack Molson, Austin and Audrey Armstrong. Marie is survived by her sisters-in-law Jean Barton of Prescott and Lorna McMaster of St. Lawrence Lodge, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Jessie (MacKay) Barton, brothers Ted, John, Harry and Jim Barton. . Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m – 12:45 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday May 9, 2014 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn memorial Gardens.
