WWII Veteran, Sergeant RCAF, Regiments 431,433,434, Entered into rest on Thursday January 5th. 2006, in his 96th. year. Beloved husband of the late Florence Johnson. Predeceased by his parents, Richard Francis and Orma McCready (Wilson), sisters Edith and Mary Estella. Deeply mourned by his Step-sons, Stuart and his wife Loreen, Wray and his wife Barbara, Allen and his wife Cathy and Don and his wife Marnie McNeely. Proud grandfather of 17 grandchildren, great-grandfather of 35 and 5 great great grandfather.. Clarke was an elder Emeritus in the Presbyterian Church. He was in the Christian Bikers Club and belonged to the Christian Business Club. Friends may call at the Barclay funeral Home, Lansdown on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held on Monday January 9th. 2006 at the Church of the Covenant at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Sand Bay Cemetery.
