Obituary of Lawrence Herbert Forrester

Suddenly at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, January 3rd. 2006. Lawrence Herbert Forrester of R.R.3 Gananoque (formerly of Brockville), age 76 years. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen and Joan. Survived by a loving friend and companion Pauline Arthurs of Kingston. Dear Father of Harold Tulk and his wife Susan of R.R.3 Gananoque and Carol Jackson of Brockville. Grandfather of Mark Lawrence Tulk of Vancouver and Lindsay Archibald Tulk of Ottawa. Also survived by his step mother Gladys Forrester of St. Lawrence Lodge, four sisters and one brother, Miriam Henley and her husband Keith of New Zealand, Elizabeth Morin and her husband Bertram of Kingston, Verna Mortensen of Amherstview, Ruth Ramsay of Toronto and George Forrester and his wife Pat of Calgary, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Mabel Forrester, sisters Alice and Kathleen, brothers Richard (killed in Action during World War II), and Edward and brother-in-law John Ramsay, Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville, Friday, January 6th. 2006 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. with Funeral Service to follow in the Chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville. In memoriams to ALS or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
