Entered into rest on Friday December 9th, 2005. James V. Shire of RR#1 Lansdowne age 71 years. Beloved husband of Ruth McNeil Scott. Survived by two sisters Mary McAuley (Joseph) of Gananoque and June Newfelt (Jake) of Toronto, a sister in law Dorna Shire of Lansdowne as well as several nieces and nephews. Also survived by step children Kevin (Christine) of Northbrooke, Phillip of Lansdowne, Angela (Steve) of Lansdowne, Margaret (Dan) of Kitchener and Michael of Gananoque, and 8 step grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Marilla (Foley) Shire, 3 brothers Reg, Charlie and Ronnie and a sister in law Mary Shire. At Jim's request there will be no visitstion or funeral service.
