After a couragous battle with cancer Blaine passed away at the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital, Perth site, on Saturday March 25th. 2006. Blaine Benedict Healey of Toledo, age 64 years. Beloved husband of the former Joan Barber. Dear father of Steven Healey (Miranda) of Brockville and Robert Healey (Lisa) of Kingston. Loving grandfather of Robin and Benjamin. Brother of Mildred Gonyou, Muriel Donnelly (Gary), Eugene Healey (Ann), Joan Jordan (Donald), Ann McDonald, Charlie Healey (Sharon), Mary Armstrong (Allen), Peter Healey (Debbie), Margaret Muldoon (Edward), Jane Healey, Nick Healey (Elaine), Mike Healey (Susan), Matthew Healey (Sandy) and Joseph Healey (Laurie). Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Yates and Eliza (Knapp) Healey, brothers-in law Glenn McDonald and Jack Gonyou as well as his father and mother in law Herbert and Kathleen Barber. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated in St. Philip Neri Church, Toledo on Wednesday March 29th. at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Philip Neri Cemetery.
