Entered into rest at Sherwood Park Manor on Tuesday, October 17th. 2006. The former Doris Jean Towers of Brockville, age 87 years. Beloved wife of the late George Stephenson. Dear mother of Ronald Stephenson (Angie) of Calgary,Robert Stephenson (Jan) of Mallorytown, Jim Stephenson (Crystal) of North Bay, Doug Stephenson (Gail), Kerry Stephenson and Wendy Stephenson all of Brockville. Grandmother of Lori Simon (Len), Teri Stephenson and Jamie Stephenson all of Calgary, Debbie Stephenson (Steve Bell) of British Columbia, Beverly, Ashley, Kristin, Shawn and Crystal Stephenson all of Brockville and Dominic and Benjamin Stephenson of North Bay. Also survived by great-grandchildren Brandon, Devon, Madison, Sussanna, Isiah and Jaden. Predeceased by her parents Albert Towers and his wife Mary Towers (Roddick) as well as a son Terry in infancy, brothers Ewart, James and Charles Towers and a sister Ethel Douglas. Friends may call at the Barclay Funerl Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville, on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, October 21st. 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at a later date.
