Kirk Tomomi Kawamoto - It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our father in Brockville on February 11, 2014 in his 85th year, surrounded by family. Survived by his wife Liz of 50 years, he will be forever remembered by his sons Rob (Tracey), Mike, grand children Dayna, Desarae, Ryan, Byers, Jack and great grandson Lucah. Predeceased by his parents Koichi and Masuyo, sister Kay and brother Henry and survived by his brothers Tom, Roy, Kelly and sister Margaret. Fondly remembered by his brother in laws, sister in laws and his nieces, nephews and dear friends. A private memorial service will take place in the spring at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens in Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made in his memory to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are entrusted to the Barclay Funeral Home of Brockville.
