Entered into rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday September 1, 2006. Basil Victor Abrahams of Gananoque (formerly of Toronto and Lansdowne) aged 95 years. Beloved husband of the former Helen Martha Moulton. Dear father of Anthony David Abrahams and his wife Tommie Sue of Lindsay, Christopher Abrahams and his wife Christine of Victoria BC and John Peterson and his wife Jacqueline of Kemptville. Survived by 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren as well as 3 sisters Jean, Phyllis and Edna and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Arthur Alexander Abraham and his wife Edna Martha (Dixon) Abraham and 3 brothers. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince St. Lansdowne on Saturday September 9, 2006 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Union Cemetery.
