It is with much sadness that the family announces the passing of Arthur J. Hill. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Anna Campbell Hill. He is survived by his daughter Deborah Gilmer (Richard), sister Barbara Sheridan and brother Peter Hill, his grandchildren Meghan, James, Joanna and Trevor Gilmer; his stepsons Ian Campbell (Heather), Robert Campbell (Sandra) and step grandchildren James (Monique), Jeffrey, Sarah, Andrew and Amber Lee Campbell. He was predeceased by his son Derek. Visitation will take place at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday February 2, 2007 at 2 p.m. If friends so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Kidney Foundation. Salem Masonic Lodge #368 A.F. & A.M. will hold a Memorial Service Thursday evening at 6:45 p.m. in the Funeral Home, followed by Vimy Ridge No. 129 Order of the Eastern Star at 7 p.m. All siter lodges are invited to attend.
