Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Wednesday January 24, 2007. The former Maude Callaghan of Hill Island aged 103 years. Beloved wife of the late John R. Stratford. Dear mother of Len Stratford (Jean) of Hill Island and Joyce Fallon (Mike) of Toronto. Grandmother of Jo-Ann DeBonis (Michael), Jennifer Yurchuk (Dan) and Anne Stratford. Great grandmother of Justin and Wyeth DeBonis and Stefan, Marcus and Emma Yurchuk. Also survived by a daughter- in- law Janice Medcalf and her husband Peter of Hill Island, a sister-in-law Marjorie Crowther and her husband Guy of Victoria, B.C., as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son John and a daughter Katherine Anne. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 1033 Prince St., Lansdowne on Saturday from 11 a.m - 1 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday January 27, 2007 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Lansdowne Cemetery.
