Obituary of Jamie Tye

James Robert Whitney Tye March 25, 1971 – January 3, 2025.

At the very last minute God took home a remarkable person way to young.It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we inform you of the death of our son, husband and father. Left behind are his parents, Robert and Rosemary Tye, his spouse Jaime Long, his son and step-children Mitchell Tye, Kayleigh Wade (Matt Saunders), Rebekkah Long (Brandon Helmer), Ashley Bygott, Emily Cougler (Chase Prodonick), grandchildren Roman and Royal Wade, Avah, Bentley and Hayley Long.

A Graveside Service in Celebration of a Life lived will be held in the Spring at Sandy Hill Cemetery, Prescott.  In memory of Jamie, donations to the Brockville and Area Food Bank, the Leeds and Grenville SPCA or the Charity of your Choice would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Arrangements are entrusted to Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St., Brockville.
