Obituary of Samuel Wykes Birtch
Entered into rest peacefully with family by his side on September 15th, 2024 at Maple View Lodge. Samuel Wykes Birtch of Mallorytown aged 78 years. Beloved husband of Jo-anne (nee Hunt). Loving father of Charlie (Jennifer) and Samantha (Todd). Proud Poppa of Michael (Jenna), Bailey (Rhyker), Seth and Stephen. Great~Poppa of Parker Samuel. Sam will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Sam was predeceased by his parents Samuel and Jeanette (nee Mathers) Birtch.
By the request of Sam, cremation will take place with a private family interment at Union Cemetery, Lansdowne. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Mallorytown Legion, Br. 484 on Friday September 20, 2024, from 2 – 4 p.m. Barclay Funeral Home entrusted with arrangements.
