Obituary of Phyllis Aileen Harper
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday February 1, 2024, 2024. Phyllis Aillen Harper (nee Seed) aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Carl “Red” Harper. Cherished Mom of Wayne Harper (Kathy), Mary Smallman (Norm), Carol Code (Mike) and Brian Harper (Kim). Proud Gran of Carla Bangma (Dan), David Harper (Kate Rogers), Eric Harper (Erin), Adam Running (Julie), Bethany Martin (Peter), Shannon Smallman (Chantale), Jenny Smallman (Tom McGivern), Michaella Isenor (Bradley), Hallie Brown (Gabriel), Brittany Legace (Jesse), Jillian Damani (Zain). Great-Gran of Bryson, Ava, Alec, Audrey, Hayden, Reid, Alyssa, Tessa, Makenzie, Cadence, Trinity, Annabelle, Savanna, Ava, Jack, Leo and Rose. Dear sister of Frank Seed (Nancy), Gary Seed (Dianne) and Judy Adams. Phyllis is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Phyllis was predeceased by her daughter Debbie Forrest (late Charlie Forrest), a sister Joyce Mercier (Late Gerald) and a brother-in-law Wayne Adams.
