Obituary of Paul Gill

Paul Stewart Gill (UNCLE PAUL TO MOST), aged 75, of Brockville, passed away quietly and peacefully in his sleep from a heart attack on January 15, 2024. A lifelong resident of Brockville, Paul's presence in the community was a beacon of warmth and familiarity.  

Born and raised in Brockville, Paul was deeply devoted to his beloved wife, Glenna, and their four sons. His life was a beautiful tapestry woven with love, care, and dedication to his family.

He is survived by his wife, Glenna; sons Randy Gill and his wife Jen and son Lukas, Ryan Gill and his wife Aimee and their daughters Scarlett and Halle, Robert Gill and his wife Julie and their children Kylie, Noelle, Grace, Isabella, and Bennett, and Reilly Gill and his wife Christine and their newborn daughter Audrey.

Also mourning his loss are his older sisters, Betty Osmond (Ron)  and Dorothy Janes of Ottawa, Brenda Hackett of Brockville , his younger brother, Kenn Gill (Cheryl) of Calgary and he was predeceased by his older brother, David Gill (Sandra) of Brockville.

Visitation for Paul will be held on Sunday, January 21st, 2024, from 4 pm to 7 pm at Highway Church, 800 Stewart Blvd, Brockville, ON K6V 5T4.

This will be followed by a Celebration of Life Service on Monday, January 22nd, 2024, from 1 pm to 3 pm at the same location.

Paul's gentle spirit, kind heart, and unwavering dedication to his family and community have left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered as a pillar of strength, love, and compassion.
