Obituary of Joan Mary Boucaud

Entered into rest at the Gary J. Armstrong Retirement Home, Ottawa on December 27, 2023. Joan Mary (nee Hester) Boucaud aged 95 years. Loving wife of the late Andrew A. Boucaud, proud Mother of Susan Ida Boucaud (Alek Petrovic), Jeanne Capone (Angelo), Michael Boucaud (Laurie). Cherished grandmother of Micheal, Carmine, Andrew, Sarah, David, Paul, Genevieve, Ella and great grandmother of Sebastien. Joan is also survived by a daughter in law Joanne Miller, a niece Elizabeth Hester and a nephew Robert Hester. Predeceased by her son A. Wilder Boucaud, her parents Edward and Hilda Hester and a brother Michael Hester.

The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be Celebrated on Saturday January 6, 2024 at St. Brendan’s Catholic Church, 51 Riverview Dr. Rockport K0V 1V0 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Brendan’s Cemetery. If you are unable to attend in person, you are able to join family and friends by registering through the Live Stream Link for Joan’s Funeral Liturgy on her webpage.
