Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Saturday January 19, 2008. Arthur Lorne Pearce of Brockville age 76 years. Beloved husband of the late Betty Smith. Dear father of Kim Simpson (Randy) of Temperance Lake, Mark Pearce (Tina), Danny Pearce, Jackie Spas (Gord), Kathy Lemay all of Brockville, John Glover of Edmonton and Eleanor Glover of Quebec. Loving grandfather of 10 grandchildren and one great grand son. Survived by a sister Grace Baker as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Jean Pearce, Ethel Rosbottom, Mary Pearce, Marjorie Lane and brothers Douglas and Charles Pearce. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday January 23, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery.
