Obituary of Peter Laver
Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday October 11th, 2023. Peter Laver of Brockville and formerly of Montreal and England, aged 90 years. Loving husband for 67 years to Edna (Hansen) Laver. Beloved father of Gaynor Laver (Robert Trépanier) and Julia Laver (Christian Blais) all of Montreal and Lyndon Laver of Lyn. Cherished grandfather of Phillip and SarahTessier, Brandon, Samantha and Sabrina Blais and Brittany, Leslie and Emily Laver; and great grandfather of Thomas and Oliver Tessier and Lily Garcia. Dear son of the late Mary (Minder) and Frank Laver. Brother of Vivienne and Steven Laver; and brother-in-law of Norman and Dennis Hansen and Christine Edwards all of the UK.
Family and friends will be received for Service to Celebrate Peter’s Life at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Friday October 27th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. In memory of Peter donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or the Leeds Grenville Ontario SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family.
