Obituary of Kathleen Shirley Watson
Peacefully entered into rest with family by her side at the Brockville General Hospital on Tuesday May 2, 2023. Kay (Beckstead) Watson of Brockville aged 86 years. Beloved wife of David Watson. Loving mother of Allan Beckstead (Jo-Anne), Terry Deeks (Lynda) of Brockville, Randy Deeks (Lorraine) of Prescott, Tami Edgley (Lance), Cindy Deeks (Jimmy Blancher) and Brenda Ford (Norman) all of Brockville and Audra Greenlee (Steven) of Delaware. Loving grandmother of Luke, Chelsea, Brittany, Matthew, Jason, Robbie, Brooke, Joshua, Sara, Caitlin, Megan, Jenna, Bria and Roman. Great-Grandmother of Haillie, Kaleb, Hayden, Kasey, Carter, Madilyn, Clara, David and Hannah. Dear daughter of the late Donald and Ruth (Neelin) Beckstead; and sister of Leonard Beckstead (Jeannie), Dennis Beckstead (Gail), Gail Beckstead, and the late Lillian Miller. Also missed by several nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends will be received at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville on Sunday from 2 to 5 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday May 8th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
