Obituary of Norma Charlton

It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Yvonne ‘Norma’ Charlton (Evans) on Thursday March 16, 2023 at the Brockville General Hospital surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of the late Abe Charlton. Loving mother of Kevin Charlton and Dave (Wendy) Charlton of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Amanda (Rebecca), Shelby (Devyn), Brittany (Dwight), Kelsey (Emmett) and Josh (Kaitlyn) and several great grandchildren. Dear daughter of the late Edwin and Greta (Duval) Evans and sister of Wilma Cassidy (late Jim), Phyllis Flanigan (late Bill) and the late Marian Beach (late Lester).

A private family graveside service will be held at Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Breast Cancer Society of Canada or the Charity of your Choice would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
