Besides being a lovely aunt to me, I remember Aunt Pat being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, aunt and friend to many. I was fortunate to have her as a music teacher in public school - how neat was that? Every time I walked into their house she had a vase of flowers sitting there, she always kept everything in perfect order and made everywhere they lived look like it was out of a decorating magazine. She was a great cook and if I was talking to my uncle on the phone at 5:00 p.m. he would have to go because his dinner was always ready at that time. He would always say how lucky he was to have Aunt Pat and all the great things she did for him, especially when he got less and less mobile. We were all lucky to have Aunt Pat in our lives.
