Obituary of Brian Edward Joseph Dumond

Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Wednesday August 31, 2022. Brian Edward Joseph Dumond aged 85 years.  Beloved husband of the late Patricia Mary (O’Donnell) Dumond. Loving father of James Dumond (Darlene) of Brockville, Robin Heusser (Kevin) of Shanly, Nicole Steele ( the late Mark) of Brockville and Edward Dumond (Tracy) of Spencerville.  Cherished by his grandchildren Amanda, Brianna, John, Ashley, Haley, Nastassia, Makinley, Darcy, Eric and Amanda and great grandchildren Shea, Sullivan, Sloane, Braxton and Torin. Brother of Jacqueline Gour and Tony Dumond.  Predeceased by his parents Benjamin and Zella (Jacques) Dumond; and siblings Benny, Donald, Francis, Alan and Eileen. Also missed by many extended family and friends.

Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Saturday from 1pm-1:45 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be Celebrated in the Chapel at 2:00 p.m.  Interment St. Francis Xavier Cemetery.  In memory of Brian, donations to Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.  Messages of Condolence may be sent online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.
