Peacefully entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday April 21st, 2022. Donald Green of Lyn aged 93 years. Beloved husband of the late Lois “Lou” (McClelland) Green. Loving father of Frederick “Ted” Green (Sharon) of Ballston Spa, NY, James “Jim” Green of Brockville and the late Luanne Green. Cherished grandfather of Cory Green (Mel), Crystal Green-Sturgeon and the late Bob Green; great grandfather of Lucas, Nicholas and Christopher (Kitiara) Green and Brianna and Emily Sturgeon; and great great grandfather of Leighton. Dear brother of Carole Bourret (the late Tom) and the late Jean Earle (Howard) and the late Gwen McWhirter (William); and brother-in-law of Allan and Ronald McClelland (Sharon), Donna Ryan (Bill), Lynda Derue (George) and the late Phyllis Hunt (Joe), James and Bud McClelland, Elizabeth Nevan Borstmayer and Gladys Sagriff. Dear son of the late Stanley and Edythe (Ferguson) Green. Also survived by his Aunt Lillian Burns of Brockville and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Friday April 29th, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday April 30th, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. followed by the Funeral Service which will be held in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
