Entered into rest on Friday November 5, 2021. Donald Blair of Brockville aged 70 years. Beloved husband of Irene Plume, and loving Dad of Donnie Mann (Karen Coville), Angel and Paula Mann, Chris, Shawn and Noranda Plume. Don is the proud grandfather of Teigan Gravelle, Kaleigh Mann (Cole Parks), Kya Dawn Mann, Benjamin Mann and Olivia Coville-Mann as well as the new addition of a great-granddaughter Hazel Mae Parks. Don is also survived by siblings Tina Blair, Roxanne Major and Troy Blair as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, on Thursday November 11, 2021 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. Interment at a later date in Oakland Cemetery.
