Peacefully with his family by his side at the Carveth Care Centre, Gananoque on Tuesday January 29, 2008. Robert Dudley Moore of Lansdowne (formerly of Ottawa) aged 80 years. Beloved husband of the former Mary Edith Ross. Dear father of Donna Leroy and her husband Robert of Florida. Grandfather of Lindsay Leroy of Florida. Also survived by a nephew William Coates, a brother-in-law Clifford Coates both of Ottawa and a sister-in-law Olive Moore of St. Eugene, ON. Predeceased by his parents Thomas Moore and his wife Sara Packman Moore, a sister Christobell Coates and a brother Roderick Moore. The Funeral Service for Mr. Moore will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince Street, Lansdowne on Saturday February 2, 2008 at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Olivet Cemetery. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
