Peacefully passed away at Perth and Smiths Falls District Hospital Smiths Falls Site, on Monday June 28th, 2021. Grace Anna ( nee Charlton) VanDusen of Lyn age 83 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank H.J. VanDusen. Loving mother of Susan Conners (the late Billy) and Sally Ladd (Tim Towsley). Proud Grandma of Joey Rusland, Steven Ladd, Amanda Ladd (Terry Leeder) and Shawna Ladd (Matt Tedford). Great Grandma of Jordan, Noah, Carson, Locklyn and Eva. Also survived by a sister Jean Flanigan as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by twin daughters and her parents Morton and Josephine Charlton (nee Darling). By the request of Grace, a Private Family Celebration will be held with interment at Oakland Cemetery. In lieu of Flowers, donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.
