Loving father of Fred (Melissa), Jason (Jessica), Kerri (Brian) and step-daughter, Jessica (Jake). Loving Grandfather of Rebecca, Steven, Isiah, Jaden, Savannah, Kaylee, Destiny and Zoey. Beloved son of Eileen and the late Frederick Blanchard. Dear brother of Wayne (Stacey), Jackie Blanchard-White (Richard), Mabel Blanchard, Joan Muise (Curtis) and Rose Blanchard (Mackey). Fred is also survived by his wife, Donna Blanchard.
