Larry Eldon Hearns of Brockville ON, passed suddenly at Brockville general hospital on August 9th 2020. Larry was born in Napanee ON on November 26th 1942 but has resided in the Brockville area for many years. The beloved father of Michael, Aaron, Noah, Elijah (Julie) , Jesse (Chris Easton) Hearns and very special Poppa Larry to Tucker Easton. He is survived by his sisters Marilyn Brant, Karen ( Blair) Vintinner, Deborah ( Paul) Howard and his brother John ( Pat) Hearns. As well as his numerous loved nieces and nephews. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Eldon and Marion Hearns and sister Janice ( Reg) Gordon. Larry earned his Radiology Technician degree and maintained the role of Chief of the Radiology Dept of Brockville General Hospital for 26years. He was a phenomenal athlete in his youth and always remained an avid sports and Habs fan. He could always be found at his kid’s hockey games in the corner, watching from behind the glass. He loved music and playing guitar. As well as joined many bands throughout his youth. He had a passion for photography and the outdoors. A Private Family Graveside Service is planned for Oakland Cemetery, Brockville with a Celebration of life to follow.
