Entered into rest at his residence with family by his side, on Sunday July 20, 2014. Geddes Arnold Long of Brockville age 69 years. Beloved husband of Patricia (Wetherell) Long, loving father of Alexis Howe (John Paul) and Kristy Long, cherished grandfather of Nikolas, Jacob and Isaac Howe, Sierra and Noah Scott. Dear son of Irene (McIntyre) Long and the late Arnold Long. Geddes is survived by his sister Isabelle Hetherington and several nieces and nephews, he is predeceased by his brother Malcolm Long. Family and friends are invited to 20 Fairway Crescent, Brockville on Saturday July 26, 2014 from 1 - 4 p.m. to remember and celebrate Geddes’ Life. A Private Family interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in Geddes’ memory to the Palliative Care or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
