94 years young, Ted passed away peacefully and quietly at the Ottawa General Hospital on Monday May 5, 2008. He leaves behind sons Alec, Peter, and Stephen and daughters Darrell and Christine and their famlies which include 10 grandchildren. He is survived by siblings Ruth Howard Robson and David and Clifford Howard and Darrell Dawson Howard and Donald and Nancy Dawson, to whom he was a brother-in-law. He survived his loving wife of 54 years, Barbara, their son Timothy and his brothers Robert and Phillip. Ted will be remembered at a Memorial Service to take place at St. James-The-Less Chapel at 2 p.m. on Friday afternoon May 9, 2008. Reception to follow. The Chapel is located inside the gates of St. James Cemetery, 635 Parliament Street, east of Yonge Street and south of Bloor Street in Toronto. All family and friends are most welcome to attend.
