Dear mother of Ryan Held (Kendra) of Brockville and Randy Held (Dawn) of Maitland. Grandmother of Mason Held. Beloved daughter of Mrs. Geraldine Deir and the late Albert Deir. Dear sister of Allan Deir (Sandi), Barry Deir both of Brockville, Larry Deir (Linda) of Cobourg, Donna Benson (John) and Sandra Slater (Allan) both of Brockville. Also survived by a sister in law Lila Deir as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Ralph Deir. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Monica's life will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday May 7th, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
