Obituary of Joyce Foster

Passed away peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge in Brockville on Wednesday August 21st, 2019 with family by her side. Muriel “Joyce” (Blair) Foster of Brockville aged 93 years. Beloved wife of the late Robert Foster. Dear mother of Bob Foster (Linda) of Brockville. Cherished grandmother of Tanya Sinclair (Rob) and Deacon Foster (Loranne); and great grandmother of Ava and Angus Sinclair and Makayla and Brianna Foster. Joyce is also survived by her brother Jack Blair. She was predeceased by her parents Donald Vincent and Jennie Belle (Haley) Blair; brother Harold Blair; sisters Marion Valliant and Elizabeth “Liz” Forrester and sister-in-law Helen Blair. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and Friends are inviteed to A Celebration of Joyce's Life which will be held on Sunday September 8th, 2019 from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Brockville Yacht Club, 3 St. Paul Street, Brockville.
