Beloved husband of the former Keitha Stephenson and the late Helen Nesbitt. Dear father of Brian Smith (Rona) of Lansdowne, Linda Smith (John) of Belleville and John Stephenson (Judy) of Campelton, Newfoundland. Loving grandfather of Corinna Getcke (Jeff), Kelly Dillabough (Sam), Jason Smith (Katrina), John, Shawn, and Christina Stephenson, David, Paul and June Hunter and great-grandchildren Kendra, Nathan, Jack, Allison, Ross, Shelby, Brandon and Alex, Connor, Marley, Kayleigh and Eric. Brother of Grant Smith (Doreen) of Brockville. Also survived by by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by Brothers Gordon, Bryon, Bruce, Ralph and sisters Dora Bell., Betty Burns and Elma Allen. Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, Lansdowne on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A celebration of Omars life will be held in the Lansdowne United Church on Thursday May 1st, 2008 at 1 p.m. Interment will be held at Union Cemetery at a later date.
