My precious memories of Stewart are many including his being instrumental having my two youngest children join the Church (Lansdowne/Mallorytown United) and marrying my brother John and his wife Francoise (Francis) at our home north of Lansdowne (having ridden his motorcycle that day). What a guy!!! I noticed an oversight that Mallorytown U.C. wasn\t listed as one of his pastoral charges for many years. We were blessed by having both Stewart and Lily-Jean's presence at Mallorytown for many years. Francis left us after living with ALS for five years.

Stewart's obituary is a fitting tribute to the man. We were only with him 2-3 times since getting to know him in 2009, but were impressed by his person, his warm and generous acceptance of us as friends. I keep focusing my mind on how happy and free of pain he is now! Much love and many prayers for LilyJean, Jeannette, and James and families.
