Obituary of Donald Newton Herbison
Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Sunday May 26, 2019. Donald Newton Herbison of RR#3 Brockville, beloved husband and best friend for 66 years of Grace (Tennant) Herbison. Loving father of Terry Herbison (Tina McDonald) of RR# 4 Brockville and Cindy Hill (Shaler) of Morrisburg. Cherished grandfather of Michael Herbison, Chelsea VanStralen (Thomas) and great grandfather of Denali, Dallas, Stella and Finn. Mr. Herbison is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Newton and Vina (Foley) Herbison, Lee Mathieson and his daughter-in-law Dawn Herbison.
A graveside service for family and close friends will be held at Oakland Cemetery on Wednesday May 29, 2019 at 2 p.m. In memory of Donald, donations to the Leeds and Grenville SPCA or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
