My little Sister
As we grew up in a rather disjointed household but with lots of love from our parents and particularly our beloved Nannie Jeff as we called her was more of a friend than a sister ,Jennifer and Jeremy became Jeff and J.Sailing became our bond .Once I heard the sad news of the diagnosis , instead of heading for my quarterly directors meeting in PNG I turned west to London ,Toronto and Brockville to find Jeff not looking too good but as strong in spirit as ever, more concerned about me and everyone else but herself and this did as i suspect she intended make it easier , there were no goodbyes
Ness was deputed to show me the sights of Brockville while Keith attended to her , this included many an hour at the bar of the RCL where Ness work being welcomed by the President and numerous members wher I became universally known as Uncle J ,A fantastic collection of Canadian was memorabilia
It was great to be with Jeff and what I really remember is her voice , such strength and so giving all her life . REST IN PEACE as you deserve little Sis
