Obituary of Helen Marie Throop

Peacefully passed away at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden St. Site on       Monday February 4, 2019. Helen Marie Throop (nee Chisamore) of Brockville age 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald A. “Don” Throop. Loving Mother of Wayne Throop and his wife Janet. Proud Great~Grandma of Jordyn and Jesse Throop. Also survived by siblings Florence, Jean, Carman and Pauline as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Patrick, her parents Almer and Muriel Chisamore (nee Jones) and siblings Helen, Kenneth, Clifford, Ethel, Doris and Hiram.

By the request of Helen, Cremation will take place with interment at Oakland Cemetery at a later date. In memory of Helen,  donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or Parkinson’s Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville entrusted with the arrangements.
