Dear Kathy and family,
I was so sorry to hear about Uncle Bob’s passing. What a shock for you. I have such fond memories of Uncle Bobby as I called him. He was only 12 years older than me so he was more of a friend than an uncle. He taught me to tell time and used my own candy as rewards! He made me laugh dancing to loud music…sometimes with me, sometimes with a broom! When I was a young teenager he took me to local restaurants to get a coke or ice cream and I felt very grown-up being with my cool uncle. Over the years we lost touch with each other. I last saw him at my mother’s funeral and again made him laugh by blurting out “Uncle Bobby!” I know your own wonderful memories will help you through this difficult time. My condolences to you all.
