Obituary of Ruth Geraldine Snowdon

Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital Garden Street Site on Tuesday, March 27, 2018. Ruth (McKenney) Snowdon of Brockville aged 98 years.  Beloved daughter of the late James and Ada (Christman) McKenney.  Loving sister of the late Thelma Kyle (Harry), Lloyd McKenney (Doris), Beatrice Corr (Olan) and Alred McKenney (Cora). Cherished aunt of Marilyn Campbell (Mel), Carolyn Kyle Jackson (the late Richard), Joan Byers (Wayne), Dennis McKenney (Ada), Neil McKenney (Pam), Linda Letts (Howard) and Elaine Sanger (Bill); and great aunt to 11 and great great aunt to 23. Ruth will also be missed by dear friend Margaret Andrews.

Family and friends will be received at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Saturday April 14th, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.  followed by the Celebration of Ruth’s Life in the Chapel at 1:00 p.m. In memory of Ruth donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.  Messages of condolence may be sent online at www.barclayfuneralhome.com.
