Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Monday July 7, 2008. Beloved wife of Thomas Low and the late H. Ross Phillips. Dear mother of Harry (Hal) Phillips (Helen) of Brockville, Mark Phillips (Sandra) of London, Ted Phillips (Bernadine Clifford) of Ottawa and Margo Robitaille (Les Denis) of Brockville. Margaret is survived by 12 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter Isabel and 8 grandchildren from Tom's sons Charles, David and John Low. Also survived by her brothers Norman Glen (Elsie) of England, Maurice Glen of Windsor and Robert Glen (Honey) of Toronto as well as several niecesand nephews and her sister-in-law Della Phillips. Predeceased by her parents Maurice Glen and his wife Lydia Jowitt, a brother Keith Glen and sisters Jean Gardner and Joan Row. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held at the St. Lawrence Anglican Church on Friday July 11, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Old St. Peter's Cemetery.
