Obituary of Bohdan "Ben" Litwinowich

It is with great sadness that we announce that Ben passed away this morning, surrounded by loved ones after his long brave battle with cancer.

He is survived by his loving wife of 69 years Gloria Litwinowich (nee Ferguson), his son Darryl and wife Cheryl, son Michael Litwinowich, daughter Darlene Lorensen and husband Terry, daughter Diana Williams and  husband Phil as well as daughter Sandi Abreo and husband Rene.

He is also survived by grandchildren Brandi Litwinowich, William(Ben) Litwinowich, Larry Lorensen, Christina Lorensen, April Lorensen, Alex Abreo and Michael Abreo.

As well as great grandchildren Destiny Litwinowich, Hope Boyle, Caleb Lorensen, Brielle Lorensen-Lalonde, Tyce Lorensen-Lalonde, Alivia Lorensen and Ian Lorensen

Ben was predeceased by his Mother Dora and Father Marian Litwinowich, as well as his sisters Ann Davidson, Olga Inkster and Stella Muzyka.

At Ben’s request there will be no services held, any donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation, Palliative Care or the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
