So sorry to hear of your mum's death, Arlaine. Hope you find comfort in knowing what a wonderful long life she had. I never had the pleasure of meeting her but know from hearing you frequently speak of her that you had a great relationship. We are away but will call when we are back and things settle down for you as well. Our thoughts are with you and Ron . Sincerely, Dave and Ruth Anne

So sorry to hear about Maudie. We missed her at our last visit to Rosedale when we found
that she had moved to Ottawa.
We have happy memories of mother and Maudie who shared the same birthday and who were friends since childhood.
We were so pleased to be able to celebrate her wonderful 100th birthday with her but are
so sorry we are unable to make the trip to Brockville this weekend.
Thinking of you all at this difficult time. May Dear Maudie R.I.P.

Dear Arlene I was not surprised to read of your Mother's death. You were obviously greatly stressed over her deteriorating condition and care needs at reunion time. I am pleased that she is no longer struggling and that she did not have to have another move and another adjustment to new surroundings. Your Mother was indeed a lovely role model to those of us who are seniors who will also need to make adjustments in the very near future. Thanks Arlene, for speaking with me, I regretted that I did not have more answers but please know I had empathy for your dilemma. Thinking of you with sympathy, Love, Millie Craig

So sorry to hear of the loss of Maudie. I remember when I was a child stopping in for a visit with my Mom when the family lived on William St. and she was always so hospitable. I admired her skills as a seamstress.

Sorry to hear that Aunt Maudie is gone. I was sure she would be around for a much longer time since she had such a great attitude and was always such a great lady when we would come down for a visit, and Arlaine took care of her so well that it was no wonder she made it to102. Condolences to Arlaine and Ron and the grandchildren.
