Beloved wife of the late Harold Row. Loving mother of Tom (Laurie) and Andrew (Lise) Row. Cherished grandmother of Courtney (Ajay) Eberhardt, and Ryan and Jenna Row; and great grandmother of Aubree and Hudson Eberhardt. Dear sister of Margaret Harper and the late Henry and Douglas Harper and Rose Gibson. Dear daughter of the late Thomas and Helen (Funnell) Harper. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Wednesday May 31st, 2017 for the Funeral Service which will be held in the Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Interment Oakland Cemetery.
