Gerald is survived by his brother Gordon Green (Doris), sisters Thelma Salter (late Walter), Helen Maud (Walter), Marjorie Warren (late Marven) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Milton and Jeanetta Evelyn (Douglas) Green, a brother Arnold Green and his wife Alpha.
