Donald Richard Gordon April 24, 1945-July 12, 2008 only child born to Earl and Eileen (Montgomery) Runnings of Lansdowne after their untimely death, Mom in May 1950 and Dad in December 1950, he went to live with his Maternal grandparents Samuel and Eula Montgomery. From teenage years, Donald had severe health problems but managed to live on his own with help. He was taken to B.G.H. on Friday July 11th, and passed away on the 12th. Donald will be sadly missed by Aunts, Uncles and cousins. Donald will be laid to rest July 17th at Lansdowne Cemetery with his parents. A graveside Service will be held at 1 p.m. with Rev. Bill Bresnahan officiating. As an expression of sympathy, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
