Dear dad of Michelle Sigouin (Daniel) of Prince Edward Island, Allison Kallio (Christoper) of New Market, Julie Keane (Ron) of Brockville, Laurie Calaguiro (Albert) of Niagara Falls and Maribeth Graham (James) of Brockville. Loving grandpa to Andrew, Rosalynd, Alexandra, Adam, Amy, Peter, James, John, Mark, Natalie, Rebecca and Korina. Also survived by a sister Jean McArthur of Smiths Falls and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Elmer Peter Salter and his wife Viola Lillian (Curran) Salter, a grandson Michael, 2 brothers and a sister.
