Beloved daughter of the late Bruce and Leona (Kelly) Ker, dear sister of Tom Ker (Nancy), Kelly McDougall, Nancy Ker and Steve Ker (Leslie). Loving aunt of Danielle St. John (Tyler), Jaime and Allie McDougall, Sarah and Amanda Ker and great aunt of Marshall and Isabella St. John. At Judy's request there will be no visitation or service.
